| Hi, The server was just set up, and we couldn't tweak around. Damagefilter would provide us with a motd. The hoster is http://endlessgaming.co.uk/ . Inxgaming has not updated their offer so we just selected this one atm. If we're satisfied with their service we would rean another L4D server campaign only 4 slot. So feel free to give your opinion here. | |

| As my first experience I have to say im concerned.
The amount of lag made game play, for myself, next to impossible. Would this have something to do with the fact that, according to a trace, the server is being hosted in Ireland - Dublin?.

| About the location i've asked them on the forum.
Don't forget : It is a temporary solution and was the fastest one we could find.
I can close it anytime (*) end of the month.

I can close it anytime (*) end of the month. I'm sorry, I know it would seem as though im being ungrateful and I do appreciate what you guys are doing as well as this being a temporary measure. I guess you could have done worse. I'm just concerned how some company's claim the service is being hosted in one location when in fact it's situated in another, it's the same for some web hosts. The price looks good, but maybe too good to be true which would lead me too enquire further about the smaller details not printed.

| Well i can't say something about the ping ingame but i pinged the server in cmd. Got an average ping of 70 with is quite good for the connection I'm using atm. Could it have another reason why you laged that much? | |

| maybe the CPU of the server is too weak to handle 8 players and masses of zombies. I don't think so because then they must be awfully slow but it's a guess ^^ | |

| Well I watched the server ping for quite a while today via HLSW. It was constantly around 70-80, about 90-100 with at least 6 players from germany. I think it should be fine. | |

We weren't on it during the versus yesterday. so what were we on, last night when we were kicking ass? and damage you need to learn how to take up a defensive position to take less dmg, must have healed at least 6/7 time while I only healed twice, btw melee is a friend, still gotta time it myself for those bastard hunters tbh
